Sunitha Malepati is an Associate at Patton Boggs LLP, where she counsels clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and corporate transactions. She focuses her practice on general corporate matters and complex business transactions.
During law school, Ms. Malepati was a note and comment editor for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy and the Law; a student attorney in the Women & the Law Clinic; and a classroom Dean’s Fellow for the Legal Rhetoric Program. She also interned with the Honorable Judith Bartnoff at the D.C. Superior Court. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Malepati worked as the chief of staff at Living Cities, a philanthropic collaborative of the 22 largest foundations and financial institutions focused on developing and investing in initiatives that improve the lives of low-income people and the cities where they live. “
