Katie supported Living Cities’ corporate communications and public sector projects including City Accelerator and the Civic Tech and Data Collaborative.
Prior to joining Living Cities, Katie served as an intern in the Office of Public and Indian Housing at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In this role, she supported communications for the Office of the Assistant Secretary and programs such as the ConnectHome digital inclusion initiative.

Before moving to Washington, DC for graduate school, Katie was an account manager at an advertising agency in Louisville, KY where she managed client relations and marketing strategy for multiple retail and non-profit accounts. She also has experience working in local economic development and education policy. Katie is a current Master of Public Policy student at Georgetown University and a graduate of the University of Kentucky (BA).
