Kathy Brennan

Kathy Brennan is Research and Evaluation Advisor at AARP. She is former Director of Evaluation at Living Cities, where she led the overall organizational evaluation effort at Living Cities, both overseeing the evaluation, and working with the LC team to strongly embed learning and evaluation principles into our day-to-day work.

She is former Director of Evaluation at Living Cities, where she led the overall organizational evaluation effort at Living Cities, both overseeing the evaluation, and working with the LC team to strongly embed learning and evaluation principles into our day-to-day work. Kathy Holds a BA in Psychology from Lawrence University and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Georgetown University. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association and is currently co-authoring the book Advocacy Evaluation—the first book that specifically addresses this new area of focus for evaluation efforts.
