Francine came to Living Cities with a little over 10 years of experiences working in the USA as well as internationally.
From there, she made another shift in her career and worked as a procurement analyst for an agency managing all World Bank funds to the Congo government. Working as a procurement analyst, she analyzed contracts on different projects, such as rehabilitation of the country’s major electric power line, rehabilitation of a large number of national parks, empowerment of the civil society’s ability to contribute to matters like local budget, and the government’s fair redistribution of income.
