Ayaan Natala is an awkward empath, dreamer, and aspiring research-scholar-activist. Currently, she is in an American Studies Ph.D. program with a Critical Black Studies cohort at the University of Minnesota. She grew up in Minnesota (Mni Sota) also formally known as Ojibwe/Dakota Land and claims Zambia is a second home.
