Prior to Living Cities, Astor helped to accelerate the adoption of Collective Impact as part of a new urban redevelopment model in Sweden and worked directly in underserved neighborhoods.
Astor is a graduate of Middlebury College where he majored in Political Science and German Literature. As part of his degree, he conducted academic research on community collaboration for social change in Western European public housing estates.
