Amy managed the Catalyst Fund, Living Cities’ impact investing fund and leads the Living Cities Connect work, a cross-disciplinary effort focused on increasing the number of low-income individuals connected to opportunity. She now currently works with the California Endowment
Amy Chung was the Senior Investment Officer and Associate Director of Capital Innovation at Living Cities. In this role, she works with Living Cities collective impact and public sector teams to bring capital to underserved communities. She also leads programmatic initiatives including the Connect Initiative.
Prior to joining Living Cities, Amy was a Vice President at Citi Community Capital, where she originated, structured and underwrote socially responsible investments. She was also a senior consultant for Ernst & Young with a specialization in strategic advisory services. Her work has been published by the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University and ImpactAssets.
Amy holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Amy also holds an M.P.A. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
