Four experts discuss employment practices that show promise of helping low-income people get on a path to economic security.

Connecting people to job opportunities can be hard and complex. This is a challenge we spend a lot of time trying to solve at Living Cities.

Earlier this year, we brought together a panel of experts to discuss lessons learned on how to support people in securing employment at our gathering of Integration Initaitive sites. The conversation covered best practices in implementing policy, practices and resources changes in workforce systems.

The speakers on the panel represented employers, public policy officials, and researchers. Watch excerpts from their discussion to learn about promising practices in the field and explore how you can help low-income people get on a path to economic security.
